Before Starting: Our "No-Compromise" Philosophy

For transparency, we immediately tell you who we are not and what we do not do, so you can understand if we are the right partners for you:

• We do not compete on price: If your priority is saving at all costs, we are not the right company. Our coffee is the result of ethical selection and artisanal roasting: it has a value that we do not sell off (and that you should not sell off to your customers).

• No negotiating down: Our price lists are transparent and calculated to ensure the sustainability of the entire supply chain. We do not give discounts based on volumes at the expense of quality.

• No "Free Loan" equipment: We believe in freedom. We do not bind customers with "free" equipment that hides hidden costs or low-quality coffee. We recommend purchasing the best technology: it will be yours, without restrictions.

• No "burnt" coffee: If you are looking for the bitter taste of industrial roasting ("strong coffee"), our Specialty Coffee will surprise you: it is complex, aromatic, and naturally sweet.

1. Transparency and Punctuality (Just-in-Time Logistics) We roast and ship coffee based on your real needs. We avoid filling your warehouse: we want you to always serve a fresh product. In return, we require maximum punctuality in payments (always in advance of shipment) to keep our collaboration healthy and streamlined.

2. Training: Your Investment in Excellence An extraordinary coffee can be ruined by an inexperienced hand. For this reason, the partnership includes a day of Professional Training in collaboration with the Coffee Training Academy. The cost of €250 is purely symbolic and capped: it is not our profit, but your tool to guarantee a perfect result in the cup every day.

3. Real and Certified Sustainability From 2025 we use exclusively 100% compostable packaging. We actively support producers at origin, ensuring them compensation above market prices. By choosing us, you embrace a project to safeguard the Planet and human rights.

4. The Craftsmanship of the Raw Material Coffee is an agricultural product. Like a great wine, each harvest can present different nuances. We adapt roasting profiles to enhance these characteristics: we do not sell an industrially standardized product, but a living artisanal work.

5. No Frills, Only Substance Our gift is the obsessive commitment we put into selecting the best beans. We do not provide cups, napkins, or branded gadgets. Every cent you invest with us ends up where it really matters: inside the cup.
