To safeguard our corporate identity and believing that quality has some basic rules, for the well-being of both companies:
- EQUIPMENT: We do not provide equipment on loan for use (you see who why), what we do is advise you to buy the equipment that works well for us with our products, then the choice is yours whether to buy the recommended equipment (in this case we can give you access to special discounts), or use your own.
- PAYMENTS: We want to be punctual in roasting and delivering coffee, when you need it, without filling up the warehouse unnecessarily, without cheating. On the other hand we love the punctuality of payments that are always prior to shipment against invoice.
- TRAINING: we want to make sure that if you have / have decided to take our coffee, you / you know it / you work at your best. For this we offer in the company at least one day of high-level training (in collaboration with the Coffee Training Academy). The fixed and controlled price is € 250 for the whole day, because it must not be our earnings, but YOUR earnings.
- REST: we apply the minimum rule of 100 hours *.
(* In such a way that when it arrives it is already in its phase of maximum ripeness, in this way you can use it in the following weeks. In the case of the Blend, we give a minimum rest of 7 days).
- CRAFTSMANSHIP: The coffee that we serve you is an artisan product, does not want to be an excuse to give you different coffees every time for incompetence, but we want you to understand that if green coffee is an agricultural product that changes with the passage of time, we change our roasting profiles with it, but there remain some very slight nuances that you may perceive precisely because it is an artisanal product. Don't forget it!
- GIFTS: Our gift is the love we put into selecting and roasting the best coffees. We do not give anything else to our Partners, cups or napkins, etc ...
