SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer during the purchase process in the designated “Shipping Information” field.
All purchases will be delivered via regular postal service or express courier (hereinafter, “Courier”) from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. Garage is not responsible for delays that are unforeseeable or not attributable to it.
In the case of untracked shipments, Garage cannot be held responsible for any loss of the shipped package.
Once the Products have been shipped, the Customer will receive a confirmation email.
In any case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseen events, the ordered Products will be delivered within 10 (ten) business days starting from the day after Garage has confirmed the order to the Customer via a specific order confirmation email. This 10-business-day term applies to shipments within Italy and abroad, with the only exception being countries outside the European Union, for which the 10-day term may be extended depending on local customs clearance times.
Currently, shipments are not made to the USA, Australia, and some African countries due to the complexity of customs in these countries. We always invite you to check if your country is on the list at checkout when entering your information.

The conditions related to this shipping are reported on the websites of the above-mentioned providers. In any case, Garage reserves the right to use other couriers at any time if the service offered by those couriers is more efficient or effective.
Delivery services active abroad:
Express Courier
International shipments may be made with different couriers depending on the destination country to ensure the Customer the best available rate.
