Return and Refund Policy – Garage Coffee Bros
In Garage Coffee Bros, we want every experience you have with our coffee to be perfect. If something does not meet your expectations, here is how we handle returns and refunds for your online purchases.
1. "Satisfied or Refunded" Guarantee (Taste and Quality)
We know taste is a personal matter. If the coffee you chose is not to your liking, we apply a simplified refund policy:
• Terms: The report must be received within 48 hours from receipt of the goods (the courier delivery date will be considered valid).
• Under €20: If the value of the disputed coffee is less than €20, we will proceed with a direct refund of the amount on the original payment method, without requiring the return of the product.
• Equal to or above €20: Please contact us to evaluate the best solution together (replacement or return).
2. Standard Withdrawal Right (14 Days)
Under the Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receipt:
• Conditions: Products (accessories or coffee) must be intact and sealed in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, returns of opened coffee are not accepted outside the 2-day warranty described above.
• Shipping Costs: For all returns, the shipping costs for the return are the customer's responsibility.
Damages and issues
Inspect the order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the issue and work to resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.
3. Return address
The products to be returned (with prior email authorization) must be shipped to: Garage Coffee Bros. BASE Vicolo San Silvestro 29, 37122 Verona (VR)
4. How to request a Refund
Send an email to info@garagecoffeebros.com indicating:
1. Order number.
2. Reason for the request (e.g., "unpleasant taste" or "standard withdrawal").
3. Any photos in case of damaged goods received.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days from the approval of the request or the receipt of the return. If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved, please contact us at info@garagecoffeebros.com.
