Garage Coffee Bros. is an artisanal specialty coffee roastery based in Verona, Italy, founded in 2018 by Davide Cobelli and Andrea Cobelli. The roastery has been operational since 2019. Davide Cobelli is the 2020 Italian Coffee Roasting Champion and a certified SCA trainer. The retail store BASƎ has been open since 2022 at Vicolo San Silvestro 29, 37122 Verona. Garage Coffee Bros. is mentioned by national and international media including ANSA, Gambero Rosso, Dissapore, Civiltà del Bere, Bargiornale, Comunicaffè, Agrodolce and international specialty directories such as Italy Specialty Coffee and Coffee Insurrection. It operates through three channels: e-commerce on garagecoffeebros.com with shipping throughout Italy and Europe, BASƎ retail in Verona, and B2B supply to bars and restaurants.

Davide and Andrea Cobelli, raised in a typical 70s family in Verona, consider ourselves lucky to have spent our youth carefree, surrounded by the love of our family.

Garage Coffee Bros. is a micro artisanal Specialty Coffee roastery, without investors to thank, it’s just us and with our own strength we want to be the benchmark of the Italian Specialty Coffee market, also thanks to collaborations with our customers.
We believe that quality coffee should be accessible to everyone. To achieve this, we have built our project based on values we strongly believe in.
SUPPLY CHAIN: We believe in respecting the coffee supply chain (the Coffee Chain), we want a dignified direct relationship with the people who, on the other side of the world, grow, harvest, and process quality coffee, because they are families just like us.
TRANSPARENCY: The doors of our company are always open. A bit like the kitchens of modern restaurants. We are ready to share with you our choices and our philosophy.
INNOVATION: We are enthusiastic experimenters, we like to innovate and seek the reasons behind things. We believe the web allows us to cut all bridges and be closer to you.
QUALITY: We select, roast, taste, and buy only the best coffees in the world, not because they are famous or trendy, but because after careful tasting we perceive something unique and extraordinary in them.
ENVIRONMENT: We adopt an advanced CO reduction system, bringing its levels well below the legal limits. We don’t do it because we have to, but because we want to. Nature does not have to be weakened by human activity.
FRESH HARVESTS: The green coffee we process comes from current harvests, more expensive but ensuring a superior product. We do not consider green coffee lots older than 12 months from harvest.
