Peruvian specialty coffee comes from the Andean highlands, between 1,500 and 2,000 meters in altitude. The ideal climatic conditions produce arabica with clean and sweet profiles: milk chocolate, hazelnut, yellow-fleshed fruit, flowers, and honey.
