- Origin: Bruselas Pitalito Huila, Colombia
- Sensory Profile: A rich and harmonious experience, with a velvety mouthfeel. Expect complex notes of tropical fruit, lavender, rose, and jasmine, accompanied by a lively acidity. It's elegance meeting the sweetness of Bourbon with the distinctive traits of Sidra.
- The Secret of the Process: This coffee is a masterpiece of innovation, the result of combining naturally dried cherries and fresh cherries, processed together for an incredibly smooth and luxurious outcome. An exclusive 60-hour anaerobic fermentation and precise drying with "Pristine Precision Drying" guarantee its quality.

2. FLORAL SYMPHONY OMBLIGON NATURAL (100g) – The Floral Explosion (Competition Lot)

- Origin: Bruselas Pitalito Huila, Colombia
- Variety: Ombligon, a rare Ethiopian Landrace variety. Its local name, "Ombligo" (navel), comes from the particular shape of the cherry
- Sensory Profile: A harmonious and complex blend of floral notes, a fragrant bouquet reminiscent of jasmine, rose, and lavender. A refined experience for true connoisseurs.
- The Secret of the Process: A complex multi-level anaerobic fermentation process, including a pass through the BioMaster tank for precise control, and the addition of must from the same variety to enhance the fruitiness of the profile.

3. COCOA EUPHORIA TABI NITROGEN (100g) – The Luxurious Sweetness (Competition Lot)

- Origin: Acevedo - Huila, Colombia
- Variety: Tabi, a Colombian hybrid developed in 2002 by crossing Typica, Bourbon, and Timor Hybrid to combine quality and resistance
- Sensory Profile: A deeply pleasant and satisfying experience that evokes the blissful feeling associated with cocoa. In this case, enriched with pronounced mint notes.
- The Secret of the Process: The cherries undergo open-air fermentation for 96 hours, followed by a thermal shock. The real distinctive touch is the nitrogen injection and controlled pressure in the BioMaster tank, where the percolates are reintroduced and recirculated for 60 hours, creating a unique "cocoa euphoria" profile.
