Preparation

Brewing recipe

Cold Brew (immersion)

80g of medium-ground coffee (moka); 1lt of cold water (preferably bottled). Leave for about 8 hours in a container (preferably airtight), in the refrigerator. Stir briefly every couple of hours. Finally, filter with a fine cloth or specific paper.

Cold Drip (percolation)

30g of fine-ground coffee (espresso); 400g of cold water (preferably bottled). Place the ground coffee in the dedicated basket and the water in the container above, open the tap (if available) so that one drop of water per second falls onto the coffee, brewing it, until it runs out (usually 4 to 6 hours).

Storage and serving

Store in the refrigerator for a maximum of 48-72 hours at a controlled temperature. Serve cold accompanied by ice cubes and, if desired, dilute by adding up to 20% cold water (depending on need/preference).

GuideHow to choose
Nitrogen & vacuum sealing
Every pack is sealed in a protective atmosphere — first vacuum, then nitrogen — to remove oxygen. Unopened, the coffee stays fresh for up to about 2 months after roasting. Shelf life depends a lot on temperature and season: a little less in summer, a little more in winter.
Roast profile
We roast in two profiles, depending on your brewing method:
  • Light — great for V60/Aeropress, for those who want brighter acidity and lots of aromatics. Recommended for all pressure-free methods (filter, Aeropress and similar).
  • Medium — great for espresso/Moka, for those who want a more intense flavour with a hint of bitterness. Recommended for espresso and Moka.
Grind
Any grind works, as long as it suits your method. With us you can choose whole beans, or pre-ground for Moka or for filter.
Shelf life
For the best taste, enjoy it within 10–45 days of roasting (60 at most). The roast date is always printed on the label.

More FAQ

How do I know if this coffee blend is suitable for my Cold Brew setup?
This blend is specifically selected for Cold Brew extraction, ensuring compatibility with typical Cold Brew methods. It combines three different varieties to achieve a fruity and aromatic profile ideal for cold brewing. If you use standard Cold Brew equipment, this blend will suit your needs perfectly.
Will this coffee blend work well if I prefer a less acidic taste?
This blend has a fruity and citrusy profile, which means it naturally has some acidity. If you prefer less acidity, you might find the flavor a bit bright. However, Cold Brew generally smooths acidity, so the result should still be balanced. Adjusting brew time or coffee-to-water ratio can further tailor the taste.
What makes this coffee blend different from regular coffee blends for Cold Brew?
This blend mixes three specialty coffee varieties chosen for their fruity and floral notes, crafted specifically for Cold Brew. Unlike generic blends, it focuses on high-quality beans that produce richer aroma and flavor. This specialty selection enhances your Cold Brew experience with distinct taste layers.
What ingredients are in this coffee blend, and are there any additives?
This product contains only specialty coffee beans selected for Cold Brew, with no additives or artificial ingredients. The blend highlights natural flavors like cane sugar sweetness, citrus, and floral notes, all derived from the coffee itself. It's a pure coffee blend without extra components.
How should I store this coffee blend to keep it fresh for Cold Brew?
Store the coffee in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep it in an airtight container after opening to preserve freshness and aromatic qualities essential for Cold Brew. Proper storage will help maintain flavor for several weeks.
