Terms of Service – CVA App

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the CVA (Coffee Value Assessment) app by Garage Coffee Bros. S.r.l. ("GCB"), the user fully accepts these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

2. Service Description

The CVA App is a digital tool for sensory evaluation of specialty coffee. It allows registered users to conduct tasting sessions, generate reports, and consult historical evaluation data.

3. Registration and Account

Access requires registration via a Google account. The user is responsible for the security of their credentials and all activities carried out through their account. GCB reserves the right to suspend accounts in case of misuse.

4. Permitted Use

The app is intended for professional use in the specialty coffee sector. It is prohibited to:

• use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes;
• attempt to access other users' data;
• perform reverse engineering or modify the software.

5. Data and Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, compliant with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). By using the CVA App, the user consents to such processing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and design of the CVA App are the exclusive property of Garage Coffee Bros. S.r.l. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

GCB provides the service "as is." It is not responsible for any interruptions, technical errors, or data loss resulting from the use of the app. The evaluations produced by the app are for guidance only and do not constitute official certification.

8. Changes to Terms

GCB reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any disputes, the exclusive jurisdiction is the Court of Verona.
