Did you choose the conical method (like V60, Hario Switch, etc.) for its depth and flow control? To unlock the true geometric potential of the cone, the filters must be up to the task.
The Sibarist CONE filters are designed to drastically improve the performance of open-bottom drippers. Choose your extraction style by selecting between FAST and B3 technologies.
✨ Double Advantage, Double Precision
Sibarist offers two different paper technologies to customize your result:
🚀 CONE FAST (For Extreme Speed)
-
Hyper-Fast Flow: Ensures a continuous, uniform, and fastest possible flow.
-
Clean Cup: Delivers an exceptionally clean and silky cup, typical of competition results.
-
New Recipes: Extreme speed unlocks new extraction possibilities and recipes that were limited by standard filters.
⚖️ CONE B3 (For Balance and Uniformity)
-
Uniform Extraction: Promotes even extraction and consistent turbulence in the cone.
-
Rigidity and Minimal Contact: The paper's rigidity minimizes contact with the dripper walls for a fast flow, while thickness and low porosity enhance sweetness and clarity, preventing bypass.
☕ Compatibility and Technical Details
CONE filters are optimized for V60 and conical drippers with open bottoms:
-
CONE M (Standard): For medium conical drippers (equivalent to V60 Size 02).
-
Material: 100% Organic Cellulose, created in Barcelona.
-
Sealed Packaging: Maximum freshness and protection from dust and external odors.
-
Sustainability: Packaging in FSC certified paper.
Choose Your Style. Enhance Your CONE.
Whether you want a lightning-fast extraction (FAST) or a perfect balance with increased sweetness (B3), Sibarist CONE filters are the professional upgrade for your conical dripper.
Select your technology and size to redefine your V60 experience.

Roast profile
- Light — great for V60/Aeropress, for those who want brighter acidity and lots of aromatics. Recommended for all pressure-free methods (filter, Aeropress and similar).
- Medium — great for espresso/Moka, for those who want a more intense flavour with a hint of bitterness. Recommended for espresso and Moka.
Grind
Shelf life
Espresso
- Fine grind
- Water at about 90–92°
- Single dose 8–9 g (double 15–17 g)
- Extraction around 25 seconds
Moka
- Filtered or bottled water (never tap)
- Medium-fine grind, don't tamp
- Medium heat; take it off the stove as soon as the flow turns pale
Filter V60 / Chemex
- Medium grind (medium-coarse for Chemex)
- About 15 g per 250 g of water, at 90–94°
- Bloom 30–40 s, total draw-down ~3 min
Aeropress
- Medium grind, water at 85–90°
- About 17 g per 200–220 g of water
- Bloom 30–40 s, total time 2–3 min
