At Garage Coffee Bros., we believe quality doesn’t stop at the cup. It also means how we treat people, the planet, and everyone who works with us throughout the entire supply chain. This Code of Ethics is our daily compass — not a document to file away, but a concrete and public commitment.

Garage Coffee Bros. s.r.l. was born from a passion for high-quality coffee and a commitment to an ethical and sustainable supply chain. We believe lasting success is built on trust, respect, and integrity. This Code serves as a guide for the behaviors, decisions, and responsibilities that every member of Garage Coffee Bros. — including directors, managers, employees, collaborators, and business partners — is required to follow.

This Code applies to all those who operate in the name and on behalf of Garage Coffee Bros. s.r.l. or who, in various capacities, contribute to its success, both in Italy and abroad.

3.7 Fair Competition

We operate under fair competition rules, complying with current antitrust regulations. Deceptive practices, collusive agreements, or defamatory actions against competitors are not allowed.

The confidential information of Garage Coffee Bros. — roasting know-how, blends, business strategies, financial data — must be protected and not disclosed to unauthorized third parties, both during and after the collaboration period.

3.9 Use of Company Resources

Company resources — equipment, computer systems, working time — must be used exclusively for work purposes, with the utmost diligence and responsibility.

3.10 Certifications and Industry Standards

As a specialty micro-roastery, we are committed to operating in accordance with the ethical and quality standards promoted by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) and World Coffee Research (WCR) regarding quality, traceability, and sustainable supply chain development.

Misconduct is not tolerated and will result in immediate action, including the permanent termination of the employment or business relationship.
